December 1998- The District Council Training Center Fund was established to provide a Training Center and training programs for persons desiring to become skilled and competent craft workers or desiring advanced training in the skills of bricklaying and allied crafts.May 2001- The Apprenticeship Funds of Locals 14, 20, 21, 27, 56, and 74 were merged into the District Council Training Center Fund.
June 2001- The DCTC Apprenticeship Fund hires Robert Arnold as the Director / Administrator.
July 2001- A purchase letter of intent is signed to purchase the new DCTC real-estate in Addison, Illinois.
February 2002- Occupancy date.
