Applications are accepted throughout the year, Mondays through Fridays between 8:00

am to 3:00 pm, at the DCTC office.  Application MUST be submitted in person per U.S.

Department of Labor requirements. The required documents are:  Birth Certificate,

Government Issued ID, Social Security Card and $20.00 Application Fee (Cash, Check or

Money Order Payable to DCTC)
