The PreCast Concrete Specialist program is designed for the beginner Precast Concrete Specialist.  The program is sponsored by the International Masonry institute and is scheduled on an as-needed basis.  Applications must be submitted in person along with a birth certificate, drivers license, social security card and $20.00 application fee.  A high school diploma or GED is recommended.
